We are looking for a Project Manager with an in-depth understanding of hotel construction and finishing details to take charge of various exciting projects in Varanasi.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager – Finishes, you will play a crucial role in the execution of hotel projects, focusing on the finishing stages. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of all finishing works in hotel projects, ensuring that they meet both design specifications and quality standards.
• Managing and liaising with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders involved in the finishing stages.
• Ensuring all interior fitouts are completed on time, within budget, and in line with the client’s expectations.
• Implementing effective project management methodologies to maintain project timelines, manage risks, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Reviewing designs, specifications, and drawings related to finishes and interior fitouts.
• Monitoring progress on-site and conducting regular site inspections to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Managing project documentation and ensuring all necessary approvals and permits are in place.
• Managing the overall project budget and ensuring that all expenses are kept within the specified limits.
• Leading and mentoring a team of engineers and other project personnel to maintain high-performance standards.

Requirements:

• A graduate in Civil Engineering (any discipline) with a strong background in Project Management.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in managing hotel projects, specifically with a focus on finishes and interior fitouts.
• Proven experience in handling complex interior fitout projects, managing multiple teams, and overseeing contractors and suppliers.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, cost control, and project management software.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership skills with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality.
